Pregnancy Highlights:
How Far Along: 32 weeks
Size of babies: should be around 3.75 - 4 lb, 17 inches long, size of a honeydew
(at our appointment, Noah is 3 lb 15oz and Jackson is 3 lb 11 oz - that is almost 8 lbs of baby already! & Haylee was only 6 lb 12 oz at birth)
Total Weight Gain/Loss: gain 34 lbs...ekkkk, officially more than I gained with Haylee in the entire 39 weeks
Maternity Clothes: everything has to be of course... & I pretty much can only fit dresses or 4 other pieces that I rotate
Gender: TWO BOYS!
Movement: ALL THE TIME! I think I feel Noah more than Jackson (& Noah was non stop moving during the ultrasound!). And now I often feel legs, knees, hands, & elbows pushing out rather than rolls. Oh and hiccups... All the time (again, usually Noah)!
Sleep: Awful! It is so uncomfortable... between getting contractions that wake me up, just rolling over gives me sharp pains & having to pee at least 3-4 times I pretty much get slim to none :-(
What I miss: being comfortable and being able to sleep
Cravings: freeze pops!
Symptoms: contractions (at least 3 an hour & getting more painful), edema in my ankles/toes and hands/fingers, feet & hands "fall asleep" often, heat flashes, nausea (again, yay!), lady part pressure/pain (TMI sorry), rib pain, back pain... Ok all over pain!
Best Moment this month: my baby shower! Angie threw me an awesome shower & it was so nice to see all my friends! We are so blessed, I can't say that enough!
According to a lot of website twins are often born between 34-36 weeks, which means they could potentially be here in 2-4 weeks! I can't believe that! According to my doctor they will probably induce at about 37 weeks, so that is in 5 weeks! Which will fly by in no time I'm sure. I am very excited but also getting VERY nervous the closer it gets! Thank God we have a lot of family & friends that have already offered to help us.
Oh, I wanted to talk about my "contractions." I guess they are still Braxton Hicks at this point. They are not consistent (i.e. have no particular pattern) and they aren't felt from my back to the front as my doctor said real ones should feel (you'd think I'd remember but I really don't!). Well not every single time at least. However, I do have them ALL the time it seems and they are definitely getting stronger. I have at least 4-5 an hour, depending on what I do. Things that cause them: rolling over, bending over, standing up, laying down, going pee, bumps in the road while driving, hiccups, rubbing my belly too hard, and more... basically anything! So I have concluded that I just have an extremely irritable uterus haha and it really means nothing concerning labor and these babies coming out any time soon ;-) Here are a few pictures I was able to take on my phone the other night when I was having a contraction. Funny looking with two lumps... I mean babies. Noah is on my left in the middle and Jackson on my right in my side.

I took my mom to the hospital to do a "tour" so she would know where to park & how to get to the maternity floor. Norfolk General (where I also work) is pretty large & easy to get lost at! I still don't know how to get everywhere in that hospital!
Unfortunately we have not gotten any good ultrasound pictures of them recently because they are so squished together. It also means the measurements are not as accurate. However, we did see that Noah (so both do I suppose) has hair and they were both head down! Here is fraternal twins at 32 weeks.
And here are some belly pictures
I lifted my arms to get them out of the picture so my belly looks little LOL
Next up for me to do... pack my hospital bag! Ahh they're going to come and I won't have it packed! I'm such a slacker at packing.
My next doctor's appointment is July 17th and I will be 34.5 weeks along. At this appointment I will have a Non-stress test, ultrasound and then see the doctor. So I will probably be there 3-4 hours! Talk about fun.
