The Salisbury Family: Busch Gardens!

Last night Haylee and I went out to Grandma & Grandpa's house so we could get up early today and go to Busch Gardens. We got there around 4 p.m. and went to Home Depot, Cracker Barrel and Target. At Cracker Barrel Haylee was "counting." She loves to play with that toy they have on the tables (takes after her Papa & is a genius!) and as she was putting the sticks in the holes she was doing what sounded like counting. Really the only numbers that sound like numbers are two and five. But when you count for her she does say two and five in the right spot after you say one and four =) She's so cute when she does it too. When we were at Target Haylee would keep calling for "Grandpa", it's the first time we've heard her say it and Grandma was not happy she said Grandpa first! I think she said Grandma once though LOL. After we got back to my parents Haylee went to bed and my mom made some homemade ice cream and brownies. The ice cream didn't end up working out but the brownies were good! We also watched Alice in Wonderland then went to bed.

Sunday morning we got off to a late start and didn't get to Busch Gardens until 11 a.m. It still wasn't too packed though and the whole day ended up being nice and not crowded at all. It was VERY HOT though! I was sweating all day long and Haylee's face was bright red all day. We still had such a good time. Haylee played in a little water area at Dragon Land and then road a few rides. At first she would whine when we got on the rides but I just made her do them and then she enjoyed them! That's what I'm going to have to do from now on =) We ate lunch in Germany and watched a dancing show they do in the building. Haylee of course loved it and was dancing right along with them. Haylee did so well all day long and really enjoys going to places like this. After we left and were walking back to the car Haylee fell asleep in the stroller and then slept on the way back to Grandma & Grandpa's house.
